Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — always. We'll schedule a time to walk the property with you, talk through what you're hoping for, and put together a detailed estimate at no charge. No pressure, no surprises.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Mosswood and the surrounding valley — including Millhaven, Cedarton, and Briar Ridge. If you're not sure whether we cover your neighborhood, just give us a call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed in North Carolina and carry both general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to provide proof of coverage before any work begins.
What if it rains on my scheduled service day?
We monitor the forecast closely and will reach out ahead of time if we need to reschedule. For most routine maintenance, light rain isn't a problem — we'll let you know either way.
Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?
We do. Most of our customers are on weekly or bi-weekly plans that cover mowing, edging, and blowing. We also offer seasonal packages that include mulching, bed maintenance, and fall clean-up.
